These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS appointment reminder program offered by Multilingual Psychotherapy Centers ("MPCI," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Our SMS program sends appointment reminders and confirmations to patients. You may reply to confirm attendance, cancel, or request to reschedule your appointment. This is a transactional program; we do not send marketing or promotional content, and messages do not include clinical or treatment details.
Opt-In
Enrolling in SMS appointment reminders is optional and separate from patient registration and from receiving care. You are never required to consent to SMS. If you choose to receive reminders, you may opt in voluntarily through a standalone optional consent form, or by texting START to our number. Patients who do not opt in continue to receive appointment reminders by telephone call and receive the same quality of care. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the phone number provided. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, with no effect on your services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your scheduled appointments. You may receive reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling messages related to your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. To rejoin, you may text START to our number at any time.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
